Included services and other information:
The price for the apartment includes bed sheets, towels, use of gas, water and electricity, phone for local phone calls only, cleaning of the apartment when you depart, taxes, internet. Feel free to use everything that you need. You are kindly requested to turn off the lights and close the door well when you leave the apartment and to adopt a general correct of knowing use of water, gas and electricity. Thankyou.
CHECK-IN / CHECK- OUT:
- Any day of the week is acceptable for arrivals and departures. Check out must take place by 10.30 a.m. Check in after 11.00 am. We can accomodate a later check out, or an erlier check-in when possible ( if no other guests are coming or leaving). You must comunicate as soon as possible the time of the arrival at the apartement by mail, it is very important to comunicate this well in advance to give the right time to prepare for your check-in. Renting an apartment is different from taking a room in an hotel, the apartment has no reception. Thankyou.
ANIMALS:
- No animals admitted.
SMOKING:
- Smoking in the apartment is strictly not allowed, except for the balcony.
NUMBER OF GUESTS:
- The number of occupants must not exceed that agreed on when the apartment is reserved wich must match with the number of the passports / ID sent. In any case it must not exceed the number accomodated by the beds, this even during your staying. In the event of any brake of these rules and obbligations it may cause to you serious problem with the local policy of immigration and the owner is entitled to evict the client and his/her guests from the accomodation thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client. No refound is dued.
ALLERGIES:
- Tell us in advance if you are allergic to anything.
PHOTOES:
- Photoes of the apartment are absolutely accurate. When there are minimum variation, (usually for the better) and do not alter the overall look, they are not documented by new photographs.
BABY COT:
- Baby cot or high chair free, but must be specificly requested in advance.
RESPONSABILITY:
- The owner of the accomodation shall not be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occour during the stay- period at the accomodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behavior.
DURING YOUR STAY:
- You are expected to treat your accomodation and all of its equipment with care. Any Specific rules and regulations for the accomodation and its surroundings must be respected all times. If any damage is done to the accomodation or its equipment you must inform the owner immediately, for his knowledge and that repairs can be dealth as soon as possible for your better staying.
BEHAVIOUR:
- You are also expected to show consideration and respects towards your neighbourds. The client is supposed to behave in a suitable manner, the owner reserves the right to evict the client otherwise, thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client. No refound is dued.
